3. How long is the contract? Am I locked into a long-term agreement?

Contracts are for 12 months however the contract allows you to cancel, without penalty, after 4 months.
Upon cancellation you would be responsible for payment through the end of the month following your notice of cancellation.
We currently have over a 90% retention rate with our clients.
