Term and Cancellation: All website development sales are final and non refundable for any reason. The term of service for monthly web hosting will commence as of Effective Date and will continue on a monthly basis. The contract can be terminated by Client the agreement with 1 calendar month prior written notice. The cancellation must be received on or before the first of the month to be effective for the next month. For example, if you provide cancellation notice on the 7th day of the month, you will be responsible for the remainder of that month as well as the next month. There are no refunds or proration for any month in which you terminate your Agreement. Company retains the unilateral right to cancel this Agreement for any reason upon seven (7) days written notice to you, including by fax or e-mail.
